UKCP SP20
A next generation superplasticiser that enables a high proportion of supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) without a loss in physical and hardened performance. This improves the sustainability of the concrete by reducing the cement content, and therefore the embodied carbon. SP20 suits readymix concrete at lower dosage rates, and precast concrete where there is an early age strength requirement alongside technical requirements, such as DC4 class concrete where higher proportions of SCMs are needed.

UKCP CompaktAid Plus
This high performing admixture is designed for a range of semi-dry concretes, where typically 20% of the cement can be removed while matching the performance of a control mix. Alternatively, a switch from CEM I to CEM II can be achieved. Either way, the concrete producer makes a significant CO2 saving, keeping their concrete products both economical and sustainable.

UKCP Xpress
This innovative powdered additive helps increase the GGBS content in both wet-cast and semi-dry precast concrete whilst maintaining early age handling strengths. Replacing cement with higher proportions of GGBS significantly reduces the embodied carbon within the concrete and improves its environmental credentials. It can also help reduce efflorescence in semi-dry precast, and help achieve DC4 class (sulphate resistant) concrete in wet-cast units. Xpress works extremely well with SP20 where low water to cement ratios, high flow properties and high early age strengths are required.
